Square footage for The Goldwater starts at 4,150 and can grow to almost 6,000 square feet with the optional basement. It also features a media room. The plan can handle up to eight bedrooms on the first floor while still leaving garage space for four cars. With fewer first-floor bedrooms, you have the option for up to six garage bays.

Our Super Browse Nights are Super!

But Super Browse Nights are special.
It feels like a party with appetizers, sometimes prizes, and lots of Fulton designers and other staff members there to answer every one of your questions.
