Whatever style your home favors, grays and browns can work well together in it.

Additional ideas for sprucing up the room would be through texture. A good example of this would be the incorporation of an upholstered chair or richly toned floor length drapery for the windows. From fluffy throw pillows to a large oil painting, there are plenty of ways to add texture and bring a soft touch to a cool, gray room.
